I have managed personally owned rental properties since 2008 and have held my Property Manager In-Charge license in the state of SC since 2015. I have intentionally scaled my business to a level that allows me to provide personal attention to all of my clients. In 2018, I discovered my love of managing short-term rentals, and Fully Furnished Charleston was born. After successfully furnishing, marketing, and renting two personally owned vacation rentals, I now manage vacation rentals and furnished monthly stay rentals for others.
