BEDROOMS
This beautiful and thoughtfully furnished historic property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom boasts a king sized bed, smart tv, historic (non-working) fireplace and an ample amount of charm.
BATHROOM
There is one hall bath to share among all guests. Recently renovated and complete with the same historic charm as the rest of the space, it comes complete with a tub/shower combo as well as a towel warmer. Complimentary high quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash from Public Goods is provided. Worry about nothing with this thoughtfully stocked bathroom that provides everything you need.
KITCHEN & LIVING AREA
The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. Although most of our guests take full advantage of the incredible culinary scene in Downtown Charleston, you can stay in and cook if that is more your style. This historic home does not have a true dining space, but there is plenty of room for a casual meal dining from the sofa with coffee table or with seating for two at the sweet little vintage leaf table.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Sip your morning coffee on the bench swing on the charming front porch of the home or relax in the evenings in the private backyard oasis! Twinkle lights, fire table and plenty of comfortable seating make the back yard space a delight! Outside you will also find 4 bikes for guest use along with 4 helmets and bike locks. (must sign liability waiver for bike lock code)
Other things to note
Guests have use of the private upstairs unit in this historic Charleston charmer. Guests must climb one flight of stairs to access the space. The lower unit is unoccupied at the moment and guests have full and exclusive use of the back yard and front porch space.
SURVEILLANCE:
A Ring video doorbell is located at the front/entry door and points towards the porch, landing, and front yard. A ring camera is located at the rear of the house, facing the back yard. The Ring is a motion sensitive recording device and operational 24/7/365. The host has access to the camera and the video recordings at all times via the Ring app. There are no cameras inside the home. Covering or disabling the cameras is not permitted and is cause for immediate termination of stay.

They will love sleeping in the Star Wars themed bedroom, complete with some fun toys to enjoy when not playing at the beach. Ask us about our pet policy!
This beach home has parking for 4 vehicles, wifi, a fully stocked kitchen, private (un-fenced) back yard, gas grill, screened porch and includes access to the Swim Center pool (not any of the other resort pools). There is also a full size washer and dryer and all bath towels and linens are provided. Only 17 miles to historic downtown Charleston.

The 1 bed/1 bath apartment is in the upstairs of this renovated barn and sits at the back of the lot. The owner's home is in the front. This quaint spot is within a few blocks of town square in a walkable neighborhood. All local attractions and beaches in the greater Charleston are are 20-50 minute drives away.
The space
This apartment is newly built in the upstairs of an old renovated barn. The owner has her pottery studio down below. The barn sits at the back of the lot behind the main house. There is ample parking for the barn. The space is very comfortable and cozy, with all the essentials! A small full sized kitchen is perfect for making a meal when you are not out dining in one of Summerville's delicious eateries. There is a full sized washer and dryer as well as a dining table to seat four. The sofa pulls out to a queen sized bed for additional sleeping if desired. There is one bedroom and one bathroom. The bedroom is very spacious and boasts a queen sized bed as well as a bonus twin sized bed - perfect if traveling with a little one! The entire overall vibe of this space is just comfortable, relaxing and peaceful. This is an UPSTAIRS apartment and there are several stairs to climb to enter and exit, so please keep that in mind when booking.
